Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unused, unworn and in original condition with original packaging
• Size exchange is available for footwear (subject to stock availability)

Return Conditions

• Returns accepted if product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• Please take video/photos when opening your parcel as proof
• Wrong product delivered — full return/exchange available

• Items without original packaging
